Please arrive at least 5 minutes early & bring your own mat.
A hepa/charcoal air filter runs during class.
Please do not attend class when feeling unwell.
Physical assists are kept to a minimum. If you prefer not to receive hands-on assists, please inform teacher before class.
If you are a beginner or entirely new to yoga, consider signing up for a private session with Amy to prepare for these classes.
